Is a representative for advocacy work within the United Nations and our in Civil Society. He has worked with educators from around the world to develop the curriculum for the Graduate Plan and will be the lead facilitator for its implementation. Currently he is the acting Administrative Director of Nonviolence International New York. Marcellus has extensively studied team-building and through his work as a teacher cultivated many young leaders in his community. A master facilitator and organizer, Marcellus will assist participants of the Graduate Plan in learning valuable skills for the development of their own workshops.
