As Director of Nonviolence International New York, David Kirshbaum addresses an audience of NGO staff and members on the efforts to connect the Culture of Peace Program to global efforts to scientifically measure peacefulness. The event occurred on February 1, 2018 as part of a series of speeches sponsored by the NGO Committee on Spirituality, Values, and Global Concerns NY. The series was called "Spirituality as the Driver for a People Focused Perspective on the 2030 Agenda."
